Step 1
 Depressurize fuel system

Step 2 
Disconnect battery

Step 3
Remove air intake tube and remove air box on throttle body,disconnect maf sensor and inlet tube


Step 4
Remove serpentine belt using  1/2 inch breaker bar


Step 5 
Remove altenator

Step 6
Remove throttle body

Step 7 
Disconnect fuel rail, remove all 4 8mm bolts hoding in ,Disconnect all fuel injectors electrical connectors

Step 8  
Remove heated pcv tube from intake


Step 9 
Now almost everything should be out of the way, make sure no wires or vacuum tubes will get in way of removing intake manifold

Step 10 
Remove all 10mm bolts holding intake to cylinder heads

Step 11 
Using 10 mm wrench or socket loosen nut holding harness to intake in rear
Disconnect  Hego, Knock sensor,  IMRC, and CHT senor wiring
Disconnect Vacuum harness on rh side rear of intake and Vacuum harness on LH rear of intake
PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION TO ROUTING OF WIRING IF ROUTED WRONG CAN DAMAGE IMRC AND WIRING


Step 11 
Remove Intake

Step 12
Replace needed components, vacuum tube, IMRC Solenoid, CHT Sensor or wiring, Knock Sensor or wiring, 

Step 13
Reinstall all after replace parts necc.
Be careful routing all wires properly so they do not bind on the IMRC rods
